Milan are planning a January move for back-up Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi, says Mediaset.
The Rossoneri are hoping to take advantage of the fact the Belgium international has only been a bit-part player under new Blues coach Antonio Conte so far this season, his first in west London.
Despite the excellent scoring ratio, Batshuayi played only 52 minutes of Premier League football and started just two EFL Cup games.
According to Mediaset Premium, Milan have approached Chelsea with the idea of taking him on loan in January.
This will allow him to have more regular playing time and help develop his form and fitness.
There is another option, which is that if the sale to a Chinese conglomerate has gone through by the mid-season transfer window, the Rossoneri could well attempt to buy Batshuayi outright.
