Milan are weighing up a move for Leicester striker Shinji Okazaki, reports Premium Sport.
Okazaki, who played a key role as Leicester won the Premier League in 2015/16, has started only half of the Foxes’ 10 league games this season.
And according to Premium Sport, the Rossoneri are considering launching a move for the Japan international, who is under contract until 2019.
Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri recently praised the Japanese striker after his performance against Crystal Palace last week
‘He is a hard worker – sometimes he’s not so close to goal but when ball is around the box Shinji is always there,’ said Ranieri. ‘He is important for the team because he presses a lot. He is our dilly-ding dilly-dong, he wakes up our players – he has the bell!
‘I watched the match against Crystal Palace, we went back to our philosophy, everybody concentrated, everybody close with right discipline, that’s why I said I recognise the team. It’s important they don’t go back, that they stay this way.’
