Slaven Bilic was asked about his own future at West Ham, and he in dismissed reports in Italy that Roberto Mancini could replace him
Italian website Calciomercato reported earlier this week that West Ham have lined up Mancini as a potential candidate to replace the Croatian.
Mancini, who won the Premier League title with Manchester City in 2012, is currently out of work after leaving Inter Milan on a mutual agreement last month
Last year, when you were asking me about new contracts, I didn’t want to talk about this. I am not worried about that (Roberto Mancini being linked with the West Ham job). I am delighted to be here and have a job. But I am concentrated on training and preparing the game, analysing the opponent and working with the players, putting the best possible team out and put my whole energy into my team. That is my contract, new or old.”
