Tony Pulis will decide later this week whether to offer deals to West Brom trialists Mohamed Sissoko and Marouane Chamakh, the Birmingham Mail reports.
The duo have been training with the Baggies for the last three week, and striker Chamakh previously working with Pulis at Crystal Palace.
Both players can be registered outside of the transfer window due to their non-attachment to another club.
According to the Birmingham Mail, Pulis will decide this week whether to offer the pair short-term deals as he attempts to build on what has been a positive start to the new campaign.
Sissoko has been without club since leaving Shanghai Shenhua at the end of the 2015-16 campaign, while Chamakh left Crystal Palace on a free transfer in the summer after spending three years at Selhurst Park.
