The Chicago Bulls training camp has been open for a few days, but that’s enough for Dwayne Wade to name Rajon Rondo the best PG he has ever shared the court with.
This is high praise coming from Wade, who is 13 years into his NBA career. And it is most likely true as he played alongside Mario Chalmers, Norris Cole and Carlos Arroyo for the majority of his career.
Rondo played in 70-plus games for the first time since the 2009-10 season and posted totals of 11.9 points, 11.7 assists, six rebounds, and two steals per game with the Kings, while committing a whopping 3.9 turnovers per game.
Wade said on Wednesday that Rondo was “the best point guard I’ve ever played with.”
