It’s been 20 years since rapper Tupac was shot in Las Vegas. But that doesn’t mean Tupac’s name and music have stopped reeling in the big bucks.
Tupac-handwritten lyric up for sale
The rapper’s handwritten lyrics are up for grabs, for a price of course, and a hefty one at that. Memorabilia company Moments In Time have put up the original lyric sheet to Catchin’ Feelings. The song is from Tupac’s 2002 Better Dayz album for $38,500.
Gary Zimet, the owner of Moments In Time. said he obtained the lyrics from an ex-employee of the studio where Tupac recorded the track in 1996 and had been holding the framed piece until this month. September 13 will mark the 20th anniversary of Pac’s death so he’s expecting collectors to open their wallets.
