#ProjectFame9.0 Final Elimination Show: Last Goodbyes For The Season

share on:

With about two weeks left in the #ProjectFame9.0 competition, the last elimination show was an emotional and interesting one.

What this means is that none of the contestants will be leaving the show as the remaining six contestants after the last round of elimination have automatically made it to the finals.

The last elimination commenced with the remaining eight contestants singing a list of entertaining group songs. The remarkable thing was that the five contestants on probation Dapo, Eli, Elizabeth, Pere, and Mirabel sang their hearts out with the group songs that opened the show despite the fact that the contestants were to face a scary moment later on in the evening.

It was announced that Elizabeth was the safe contestant as she had the highest viewers votes and as such, that left Mirabel, Dapo, Pere, and Eli to battle it out on stage. Without further ado, the remaining four contestants stepped on stage to perform once again in hopes of impressing the judges, the Faculty and other contestants to get their votes to remain in the competition.

Even though the judges were impressed with their performances and described all as fantastic, they could only pick one person to remain in the academy and their choice was Pere, who was truly deserving of it.

More so, the contestants that were not on probation also voted and chose to give their one vote to Dapo, who they voted back into the race for the top spot in the competition. What this means was that Mirabel and Eli were eliminated from the show leaving Pere, Dapo, Elizabeth, Kitay, Okiemute and Winner in the race.

The two eliminated contestants gave one electrifying performance each before taking a bow from the competition. Mirabel sang Yahoozee by Olu Maintain while Eli performed Africa by Salif Keita to the delight of everyone in the studio.
