#ProjectFame9.0 Academy Day 47: Cobhams Brings Forth Magic

share on:

The Project Fame show from inception has been known for nurturing raw talents and budding stars to become full fledged super stars.

The #ProjectFame9.0 is no different as the different talents who were lucky enough to step in the academy have experienced the very best of training and help from members of the faculty and professionals in various spheres of life.

One of those visitors who has surprised the contestants with his immense talents is ace music producer and singer, Cobhams Asuquo. He had earlier elaborated on the nitty-gritty of composing a good song on his first visit to the Academy earlier this week.

Academy day 46 was more of a practical class than a theoretical one as the contestants had to showcase how much of the tips the music maestro gave them on his first visit they had applied to the songs they composed individually.

The first set of contestants to present their personal compositions to Cobhams were Okiemute, Dapo, Kitay, and Pere. Ms. Ige was also on hand during the class to also help the contestants through the process. Even though it was the first time the contestants would be having a taste of professional song writing, Cobhams appeared to be impressed at how incisive and creative their compositions were.

As four of the contestants sang their different compositions to the hearing of Cobhams, he added a touch of magic to the compositions with musical embellishments that gave the songs of Okiemute, Dapo, Kitay, and Pere a magical and entertaining feel.

After an entertaining and magical session by the duo of Ms. Ige and Cobhams, Mummy J stepped into the class to offer guidance to the contestants regarding how they can give their performances a more emotional appeal. She specifically gave Eli practical tips on how he can successfully get the right emotions in each song and bring it to the fore at every performance.
