Pastor Interrupts Trump’s Speech To Stop Him From Attacking Clinton In Church

Reverend Faith Green, Head Pastor of the Bethel United Methodist Church hosted Donald Trump in Flint, Michigan.

Green interrupted the Republican presidential candidate’s speech on Wednesday to ask him to refrain from attacking his rival Hillary Clinton afterwards.

Donald Trump was speaking at the predominantly African American church in a bid to also  sway more African American voters. He had begun attacking Hillary Clinton when the Reverend cut in.

Trump cut off in Michigan

Mr Trump had said, “Hillary failed the economy. just like she’s failed on foreign policy, everything she touched didn’t work out. Nothing. Now Hilary…”

That was when he was cut off by Reverend Green. “Mr Trump, I invited you here to thank us for what we’ve done in Flint, not give a political speech,” she said.

The Pastor’s actions were subsequently met with applause from the audience.
