Tottenham are keen on signing Barcelona forward Munir, according to Spanish publication Sport.
The 20-year-old has also reportedly gathered interest from Everton and Stoke, and is rated at around £13m.
However the Catalan giants will only sell the £13million-rated attacker if the buying club include a buy-back option in the deal.
Sport suggest Tottenham are playing hard ball over the clause as they would not want to automatically lose the Spaniard if he impresses in the Premier League.
Munir, who has been capped once by Spain’s national team, came off the bench to make a cameo appearance in Barcelona’s 6-2 win against Real Betis during the opening weekend of La Liga.
He came on for the last 20 minutes but is unlikely to break into Barcelona’s starting line-up with Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar all undroppable.
He has scored 10 goals in 43 appearances for the Catalan club.
Tottenham face competition from Everton and Stoke but they are unwilling to match Barcelona’s £13m valuation of the lively forward
