Chelsea are prepared to sell Cesc Fabregas to Juventus, according to Tuttosport.

The Serie A champions are looking to replace Paul Pogba following his world-record transfer to Manchester United.

Nemanja Matic has been heavily linked with a move to Turin all summer but Chlesea boss Antonio Conte has revealed the Serb fits firmly into his plans at Stamford Bridge.

As a result, Tuttosport claim Chelsea have offered Juve Fabregas instead in a deal which could be worth £45m.

Italian newspaper Tuttosport led with the headline, ‘Juve, want Fabregas?’ on Friday morning.

Juventus’ shortlist of replacements for Pogba also included Belgian midfielder Axel Witsel but he has elected to see out the final year of his contract at Zenit St Petersburg.

Paris Saint-Germain’s Blaise Matuidi was another target but the French champions have no interest in selling.
