MTN #ProjectFame9.0

The MTN #ProjectFame9.0 performances over the weekend seem to have brought out the best part of the contestants as the competitiveness of the performers and that of the nature of the show was brought to the fore.

With probation staring at four of the contestants in the face, they knew it was time to give their next performances their all, if dreams of still being part of the competition was to remain.

It was obvious that Dapo, Favour, Yusuph and Oluchi weren’t happy about the situation they found themselves in. They were ready to do whatever it took to get themselves out of the situation.

The activities of the day kicked off with Uncle Ben’s class who reiterated to all the contestants, especially the ones on probation the seriousness of the situation they found themselves in.

He let them know that they had extra work on their hands as they would have to rehearse two songs each i.e the song that placed them on probation and the next Nomination night song.

More so, the four contestants on probation will also not be able to get involved in the group performances which is usually one viewers look forward to.

The other contestants however were only obligated to rehearse one song while also having the opportunity of showcasing their vocal abilities on group songs.

As the day’s class with Uncle Ben came to an end, two of the contestants on probation sought personal audience with the maestro.

Favour and Yusuph sought to know the things they did wrong and how they can improve on their performances individually as a means of endearing the Judges, Faculty and viewers to their side.

It was also made known that viewers of the show worldwide can now vote for their favourite contestants through Google or on the project fame website as opposed to previous seasons where only viewers from participating countries were allowed to vote.
