Manchester City will not let Joe Hart leave the club on loan but will accept bids of £30m and above.
According to The Sun, Ronald Koeman’s Everton are the favourites to sign the former City No 1 because they can afford a higher transfer fee than Borussia Dortmund.
Reportedly, Manchester City chiefs have laughed off suggestions of out-of-favour Hart going away for a season either to a foreign club or a Premier League rival.
Everton are clear favourites in a cash race and that further complicates Hart’s future as the clubs had a bitter war over the John Stones fee before settling.
Goodison supremo Farhan Moshiri is reported to really want Joe Hart and he is prepared to pay a huge fee and pick up his wages.
