An erstwhile Chief Judge of Delta State, Hon. Justice James Omo-Agege, is dead, aged 83.

The former Chief Judge, who is the father to Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, representing Delta Central at the National Assembly, died on Thursday evening after a brief illness.

The late Omo-Agege was the state Chief Judge between 3rd October 1993 and 4th November 1998.
