Italian Serie A champions Juventus have agreed a deal to re-sign Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado on loan for the next three seasons.
Juventus have the option to make the move permanent once the deal comes to an end.
The loan deal will cost an initial fee of around £4.25m, with Juve having to pay Chelsea around £17m if he makes a certain amount of appearances.
Antonio Conte was keen to see Cuadrado remain at Stamford Bridge for the new Premier League campaign but could not guarantee him regular first-team action.
It marks the end of a miserable time at Stamford Bridge for Cuadrado, who managed just 13 league appearances after joining for £26m from Fiorentina in 2014.
