Chris Brown Wins Custody Battle Against Nia Guzman – A judge has denied Chris Brown’s baby mama Nia Guzman’s attempts to reduce the singer’s custody of their daughter, Royalty.
Guzman’s requests included that she be handed full custody of Royalty, with the Zero singer only getting monitored custody. She also wanted Brown to submit to regular drug tests, and that his mother be banned from seeing their daughter. All these were however rejected by the judge.
According to TMZ, Brown will continue to share custody with Guzman, getting 12 days of visitation monthly. The judge also ruled that following Guzman’s loss, Brown would no longer have to pay her $20,000 legal fees any more.
Guzman has repeatedly tried to take Royalty away from Brown, previously blaming his smoking habits for her asthma and claiming he had gang affiliations and used drugs, all which endangered the baby.
