Chelsea midfielder Mario Pasalic is set to have a medical at AC Milan tomorrow after agreeing to join the Serie A club on loan, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The medical is unlikely to be a formality for Pasalic, who spent time on loan at Monaco last season, as he is reportedly suffering from back problems.
Milan will also have the first option to buy the 21-year-old next summer – but without a set price.
Pasalic joined Chelsea from Hajduk Split in 2014 for £3m but is yet to make a first team appearance.
The German-born midfielder made 28 appearances for Monaco last season and scored seven goals.
He has two caps for Croatia and spent last season at Monaco and the one before at Elche.
