After weeks of anticipation, Frank Ocean has on Thursday unveiled a new visual album titled “Endless” – an 18-track visual album streaming exclusively on Apple Music.
The enigmatic R&B crooner took to his boysdontcry.co livestream on Thursday evening to preview the new music for what he deemed Endless – the visual album that found the singer building a staircase while debuting new tunes.
The visual album is an Apple Music exclusive, but Ocean gave all fans the chance to hear Endless, streaming the entire video on loop on his website.
Minutes to midnight, Apple Music then released Ocean’s “Endless,” a 45-minute video that continues the same visual motif as the livestream, but with sharper audio and more easily-heard tracks.

“Endless” adds to the growing trend of upending the traditional album release model that has buoyed recent releases from Kanye West, Beyonce and Rihanna.
The 45-minute visual album, an extended video that started as a live stream event earlier this month, is a precursor to “Boys Don’t Cry,” the singer’s much speculated about follow-up to his Grammy-winning 2012 debut, “Channel Orange.”
“Boys Don’t Cry” will arrive later this weekend to Apple, according to a New York Times report.
Here is the list of tracks played in “Endless,” as they appeared in the film’s closing credits:
- “Commes Des Garcons”
- “In Here Somewhere”
- “Slide On Me”
- “Death Wish (ASR)”
- “Rushes To”
