Yemi Alade has scored another one this year as she is unveiled as the brand ambassador of Nairabox alongside label-mate, Geniuzz.
Both Effyzzie Music Group artists were announced as the face of the social digital wallet at a press conference, Tuesday, (July, 12) at the company’s head office in Lagos.
Yemi Alade described the brand as the future of technology as she elucidated the advancement and benefits of the brand.
“You don’t need physical cash, you can buy movie tickets, purchase airtime, make bill payments and transfer cash to your kids in school.”
The Mama Africa singer said, “The best part about it is that it operates all over the country and you don’t need data.”
Label mate Geniuzz also expressed delight at his new deal describing the app as “very easy to use, user friendly and needs no data.”
Genuizz said, “Because it’s a wallet you can take it everywhere with you. It enables you go cashless. Each one of us should have it and I encourage you all to get it.”
Speaking on the new ambassadorial deal, Mr Jay Chikezie, COO Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Nairabox, said, “We are glad that Yemi Alade and Geniuzz were able to see our vision and we are glad to have them on board, and look forward to a fruitful relationship.”
