A policeman in Louisiana shot and killed a black man after he had subdued the victim and was placing him under arrest.
The black man known as Alton Sterling died of multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and back. Fortunately, the extrajudicial killing was captured on video and shared on Twitter.

Alton Sterling was confronted by the cops after someone called the cops on him for selling CDs outside a store. The caller Alton of threatening him with a weapon but witnesses say no weapon was found.
Sterling’s murder is now the 558th extrajudicial killing of a black person by cops in 2016.
