Justin Timberlake got smacked hard in the face by a golf-spectator while making an appearance at a charity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, Saturday (July, 23).
The video which was shared by TMZ depicted Timberlake walking through the crowd at the Edgewood Tahoe South golf course, during its Celebrity Pro-Am Championship when a man from among the crowd reached out and struck the side of his face.
Justin stopped and asked the slaphappy individual, “Bro, why would you do that?” after which he walked away and security officials for the tournament took the suspect aside and began talking to him.
While the Can’t Stop The Feeling crooner didn’t want to press charges as he was unharmed, the fan became irate when the sheriff’s deputies tried to escort him out of the tournament as he adamantly refused to leave.
The slap-happy golf spectator appeared to have been intoxicated as he explained he just wanted to touch Justin Timberlake.
He was later arrested for disorderly conduct.
If you were in JT’s shoes would you A, slap the fan back?, or B, do what JT did and leave it to the authorities? We know what we’ll choose though.

In a 2010 interview, Timberlake was asked, “What do you remember about your first exposure to golf, whether on TV, in person or playing the game?”.
To which he replied, “I think when I was about 12 or 13, my dad started taking me out to the local golf course, and that’s the first time I ever hit a golf ball. I picked it up pretty quickly, just kind of monkey-see, monkey-do. But when I was 12, golf was so slow to me. For me it was basketball, girls and music.”
