Atletico has officially signed Sevilla attacker, Kevin Gameiro, with the striker signing a four-year deal Atleti.
The Frenchman will complete the deal, which is subject to him passing a medical, later in the day.
The 29-year-old has been a key player for Sevilla since joining in 2013. He helped the La Liga club to three consecutive UEL titles, scoring 67 goals in three seasons.
Barcelona and his former club, PSG, were looking to sign the striker, but he’ll be signing with the Rojiblancos, and costing them €32m.
Gameiro joins fellow new signings Nico Gaitan, Sime Vrsaljko, Diogo Jota and Axel Werner at Atletico Madrid while Saul Niguez, Tiago, Fernando Torres and Antoine Griezmann have all signed new deals at the club.
