Manchester United are willing to out-bid rivals Manchester City to sign highly-rated Brazilian forward Gabriel Jesus, reports Gazeta Esportivo.
Jose Mourinho’s side are reportedly set to offer 35 million euros for the Palmeiras star – 3 million euros more than City. Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG and Bayern Munich are also thought to be interested.
The two Manchester clubs are in the hunt for the Palmeiras forward, with a clutch of elite European clubs desperate to net the man dubbed the ‘new Neymar.’
According to reports in Brazil, the Red Devils are willing to stretch to £29million – around £2.5m more than Pep Guardiola‘s City.
Earlier this summer Jesus committed his short-term future to the Brazilian club.
He said: “With regards to a move to Europe, it has already been sorted.
“We have a very good team today and
“Like I have always said in interviews, and it is the truth, my desire has always been to stay at Palmeiras and I am not thinking about Europe
