Johnny Depp’s assistant, Stephen Deuters, has stated that the purported text messages which claimed he had knowledge of Johnny Depp being physically abusive towards Amber Heard prior to their marriage were fake.
Deuters said the messages which surfaced on ET, Thursday, (June, 2) have been fabricated as he has never seen 52-year-old Depp attack Amber before or during their 15-month marriage and neither has he ever had such conversation with anyone.
In fact, he’s ready to prove it in a court of law.
According to a report, Stephen Deuters who will testify under oath against Amber Heard said Johnny has never been violent towards anyone he knows.
Deuters added that the texts themselves were suspicious because they don’t even have any date.
In a snip of the message conversation between two recipients claimed to be Deuters and Amber Heard, the actress wrote, “And definitely wouldn’t say to me he doesn’t deserve it. I’m sad that he doesn’t have a better way to really know the severity of his actions yesterday. Unfortunately for me, I remember in full detail everything that happened.”
Her recipient, assumed to be Stephen replied, “He was appalled. When I told him he kicked you, he cried. It was disgusting. And he knows it. I wasn’t with him when he”… and the message broke off.
The chat continued with, the recipient claiming to be Depp’s assistant writing, “Sent you the second text. He read it to me and I said it was the wrong text to send. He then sent the third one and sat and cried again after on the bed. He’s a little lost boy. And needs all the help he can get. He is so very sorry, as he should be.”
Amber responded, “He’s done this many times before. Tokyo, the island, London (remember that?!), and I always stay. Always believe he’s going to get better…And then every 3 or so month [sic], I’m in the exact same position.”
Amber Heard and Johnny Depp have been embroiled in a very nasty divorce battle as the actress who is accusing her enstranged husband of physical abuse wants him to pay her a spousal support of $50,000 after documents revealed her dire financial plight.
A request Depp has rejected and is willing to go to court to ensure it doesn’t happen.
