Stuttgart have named Jos Luhukay as their new coach while parting company with their director of sport Robin Dutt following their relegation from the Bundesliga.
Luhukay, who has previously guided Borussia Monchengladbach, Augsburg and Hertha Berlin to promotion from the second division, replaces Jurgen Kramny, who was demoted back to his previous role of reserve-team coach on Sunday.
“Jos Luhukay is a very experienced coach who has impressively proven his variety of qualities at his previous clubs,” said Stuttgart director Jochen Rottgermann.
“He knows German football from many different viewpoints and has already been promoted to the Bundesliga with three different clubs.
“He knows what challenge we face together over the coming weeks and months and he has made it clear to us that he would really like to work for Stuttgart.”
