Gucci Mane has been released from prison early, Thursday, (May, 26). His fiancee Keyshia Ko’air shared a Snapchat feed with the Lemonade rapper.

Gucci was arrested back in September 2013 for possession of two different firearms.

Police records confirmed Gucci “displayed the loaded firearm, acted erratically, and made threats to individuals, including police and his attorney.”

He pled guilty and was sentenced to 39 months behind bars.

His original free-time would have been in September but his early release comes after his lawyer, Drew Findling and his team filed a motion months ago stating Gucci hadn’t received credit for previous time served, and the judge agreed to set him free.

Following his release from the Indiana prison Gucci is already settled at his home and will be on house arrest for a few months before going on to probation.

Gucci has kept contact with fans since being locked down all the while posting a series of open letters to the public where he calls himself “The Machine” and separated himself from a “typical entertainer.”

He wrote while urging everyone to call him “The Machine”:

“The difference between me and the average entertainer is they dream of signing to a major label so they can have this giant machine push them and propel them to stardom, but I don’t have that dream.

My reality is all I am, all I got. I am the machine behind me. The streets signed me and the Trap named me God. I am a machine.

They call me Gucci, some call me Guwop, but they should call me The Machine.”
