Premier League target Gonzalo Higuain has hinted that he will look to stay at Napoli after admitting that he feels loved at the Serie A club.
Higuain, who joined Napoli from Real Madrid in a €40m deal back in 2013, has been in electric form this season, scoring 36 league goals to break a long-standing Serie A record.
He has a number of Premier League-based suitors – Chelsea have reportedly lined him up as a possible replacement for Diego Costa.
However, the Argentina international, whose buyout clause is set at €94m, could look to stay in Naples.
“This season I have felt the love. I have felt loved more than ever than at any other club,” he is quoted as saying in Marca.
