Fulham will be free to strengthen their squad this summer having had a transfer embargo lifted.

The London club were hit with the embargo in December, after making a loss in excess of the permitted limit in the year following their relegation from the Premier League at the end of the 2013/14 campaign.

“Following confirmation from the Football League, this afternoon Fulham FC announce that its transfer embargo has officially been lifted, and that it is free to trade over the summer months,” the club announced in a statement.
