Life can be hard and a bit unbearable sometimes, but thank God for life hacks.
Life hacks are those simple tips/tricks that changes your life and makes things a lot easier but they are not easy to come by on their own, as they often surface at the most unexpected moment.
But because we love you so much, we have rounded up some of those that may be extremely helpful. Check them out below;
REMOVE WINE STAINS BY APPLYING MORE WINE
While that may sound like the most absurd thing to do, you can easily take out red wine stains by applying white wine. The white wine neutralizes the color of the red wine on your shirt, which allows the stain to be removed much more easily. Guess you didn’t know that earlier so feel free to thank me in the comment section!
PROTECT YOUR CHARGER USING PEN SPRING
If you are as bad as I am with handling my phone charger cord then this is for you. Take a pen spring from an old pen and wrap it around your charger cord. This will protect it from breaking and bending.
PUT BAKING SODA IN YOUR SHOES TO REMOVE ODOR
We all know that awful smell that comes with wearing your super cute flats without any socks! And it can be very challenging to get rid of that smell but not with this life hack. Put a little bit of baking soda into a little breathable bag then place it inside your shoes after wearing it and that’s the end of smelly shoes.
ROLL YOUR CLOTHES INSTEAD OF FOLDING THEM
This is one life hack that has saved me a number of times. No matter how much of a neat freak you are, you need that extra space in your luggage hence the need to roll up neatly when packing.
WHITEN YOUR TEETH WITH BANANA PEEL
Banana peel have been proven to help brighten your teeth within a few weeks of application. All you need to do is to rub a banana peel in circular motions on your teeth for a few minutes every day and you are steps away from getting a whiter teeth.
PAINT KEYS FOR EASY IDENTIFICATION
If you have a bunch of keys that look similar, paint them with fancy nail polish so you can easily identify which one unlocks what.
USE HOT SPOON TO EASE MOSQUITO BITES
When mosquitoes come biting, get a hot spoon and press against the mosquito bite to ease itching. The heat from the spoon will destroy the protein that causes the itching.
MICROWAVE TWO BOWLS AT A TIME
If you are reading this, you certainly do not need to spend more time again microwaving your meals. To fit two bowls in a microwave, simply place one on top of a mug so that it sits higher than the other.
USE A PAPER CLIP TO LOCK YOUR LUGGAGE
When you don’t have a padlock in view, use a paper clip to keep the zippers of your bag from separating.
MAKE DIY SPEAKERS WITH YOUR CUP
If you don’t have a sound system and you need that extra volume, make DIY speakers by placing your smartphone into a plastic, paper or glass cup (I just learnt this and it has been very helpful )
