Online Shopping Gone Bad! Teens Ordered Dresses & Got The Opposite

share on:

We have once been victims of this thing called ‘Online shopping’ but that hasn’t stopped us from shopping.

Two teens ordered prom dresses online but they were left disappointed when what they received was nothing like what was advertised.

17-year-old Alivia Briggs, from Alabama, had fallen in love with a pink mermaid gown complete with intricate silver embellishments, and purchased it online for $223 but when it arrived she fell out of love because it was nothing compared to what she initially saw.

She posted the photograph with the caption;

“This is why you don’t order from China!” adding: “I paid $230 for a quilt with arm holes and irons”

Another high school student took to Twitter to share her disappointment after the red gown she ordered online for $149 turned out to be the opposite of what she wanted.
