As the fourth instalment of the Luxury Beauty Brunch approaches on the 30th of April, the camp has released a statement announcing the Media Personality and Actress, Layole Oyatogun as the official host the upcoming event and two more brunches.
With a seven year stint with the media giant Silverbird, her craft in concept development, presenting and production was showcased in TV programmes like Cadbury Breakfast TV Show, Page 3, MBGN Diary and numerous documentaries, promos and fillers. Layole who is not a stranger to Lifestyle content as seen in her production of the Page 3 program, her
no-holds barred style was the contributing factor to her 18 month contract with the fast growing Beauty Industry event.
Tayo Afolabi explained in a short statement that “The Luxury Beauty Brunch board was particularly interested in Layole because of her formidable hosting skills both home and abroad, if her past accolades includes hosting the red carpet for the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in South Africa, Malta, and New York, we want her, if she was the only red
carpet host for a Presidential Inauguration ceremony for our past President, we need her, so really our choice was made by her past and current achievements which are quite commendable in this environment.
The next Luxury Beauty Brunch which has been themed the “World of Fragrances” is set to hold at the refreshingly chic ORIKI Spa in the scenic Victoria Island. The brunches has continued with its aim to profile the trends and stakeholders with Media Partners like Vanguard Allure, Exquisite Magazine, Kamdora, Pulse NG, Style Vitae, Tribe & Elan Magazines, Sotectonic, OmogeMura, 360Nobs, Style Vitae, Glam Squad Magazine and The Mariam Adeyemi Blog. By joining forces, they provide that the much needed awareness for the indigenous beauty industry stakeholders.
By precedent, no Luxury Beauty Brunch is complete without the “Journey Partners” for the event and for this next brunch, Tayo Afolabi, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the Luxury Beauty Brunch concluded the statement by stating that …”with Cointreau as our Official Beverage Partner and Casper & Gambini’s as our Official Hospitality Partner, whilst
dining over our delicious brunch provided by our hospitality partner, we will be listening to Specialist Speakers like Tope Omai, Perfumer at Mystiquee Perfumer who will take us through “The Art of Perfume Making”.
Other stakeholders in the Perfumery business like Fatima Obanikoro of the Mahnoush Beauty Place and The sister partners of Supreme Bouquet range will also be speaking on their brands and their journeys in this wonderful world of perfumes and fragrances. We have included a “nonescents” category to this brunch and that segment will be covered by Stephanie Uche-Kalu of the Stephanie Nicholas Wellness products, reasons why their range of products are “fragrance-free” and its benefits thereof. We always aim to end the brunch on the business of looking good and for that segment we have partnered with Zaron Cosmetics as the official Cosmetics Brand of the day for #thezaronexperience. During this segment of the brunch “on-trend tip and goodies” are on the agenda. With other partners such as GalaRosa Wines, Aweni Organics, Pure Cosmetics and Aweni Organics, Aralia by Nature
and Prive Events (Rental Dept), our “World of Fragrances” theme is set to uphold its pledge to be “fabulously fun”.
