Judge Warns 50 Cent Over Instagram Photos – A judge has criticized 50 Cent’s Instagram behaviour and asked him to take his current law case a bit more seriously.
Fifty, who filed for bankruptcy last year to avoid paying a $5 million fine, had repeatedly mocked the bankruptcy by posting photos of money on his Instagram page.
“There is nothing funny going on here. This is all very serious business,” Judge Ann Nevins said to the rapper. “I am not trying to impede on anyone’s right to exercise free speech. But I would appreciate it if we can keep the tone of this case very serious.”
“You have all been advised. This is not funny,” she added. “I want to make this very clear, that I am discouraging the use of social media to comment on this case, especially when parties are in a courtroom or in the conference room,” the judge said.
Fifty certainly got the message, saying after the session: “Instagram? Nah, that’s not me anymore.”
