Liverpool outcast Jose Enrique says various clubs have contacted his agent about signing him ahead of next season.
The Spaniard, who has not made a single league appearance this season, is out of contract at the end of June.
When asked by Marca if any teams have shown an interest in securing his services, he said: “I don’t know if they have presented any offers, but I think that various clubs have contacted my agent for next season. I focus on playing.”
Asked about his current situation at Anfield, he added: “Right now the coach is not counting on me, but I find myself very well physically. I am in the perfect conditions and I know that I can have my opportunity. Within four or five years I don’t know, but now I find myself like when I was at my best level. If I cannot play here, I will do it somewhere else.”
