FA Charges Dele Alli With Violent Conduct

Tottenham youngster Dele Alli has been named the PFA young player of the year.

The 20-year-old joined Tottenham from MK Dons in August and has gone on to do exploits.

Alli has scored 10 goals, assisted nine in 32 appearances. With a England callup in the mix.

“Thank you Ossie, the Tottenham legend for receiving this award for me,” said Alli. “Sorry I can’t be there tonight but we have a big game tomorrow. Thank you for to everyone who voted for me.

“I feel honoured to win such a prestigious award and thank you to my friends, family and all the staff at Tottenham.”

Spurs team-mate Harry Kane was also nominated for the award, alongside Jack Butland, Philippe Coutinho and Everton pair Romelu Lukaku and Ross Barkley.
