Diego Maradona has instructed former club Napoli to sign Tottenham striker Harry Kane if they sell Gonzalo Higuain this summer.
Kane tops the Premier League goalscoring charts this season with 24 goals in another remarkable campaign at the pinnacle of Spurs’ attack.
Gonzalo Higuain, meanwhile, has scored an impressive 30 goals in Serie A this season, but Napoli’s inability to loosen Juventus’ grip on the Scudetto have led to reports the Argentina international could leave Naples.
And, speaking to Italian TV station Piuenne, Maradona believes Napoli should do all they can to sign Kane.
“In place of Higuain, I would go all out for Kane,” he said.
