Comcast Set To Buy DreamWorks Animation – Comcast, through its company NBC Universal, is reportedly set to buy DreamWorks Animation for a fee said to be around $3.8 billion.

DreamWorks Animations has created a number of hit Hollywood movies over the years, including the How To Train Your Dragon and Kung Fu Panda movie series.

“DreamWorks will help us grow our film, television, theme parks and consumer products businesses for years to come,” said NBCUniversal CEO Steve Burke in a statement. “The prospects for our future together are tremendous.”
