Barcelona have absolutely no intention of selling Liverpool and Man City target Marc-Andre ter Stegen this summer, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Both Premier League clubs are reportedly keen on Ter Stegen, who recently admitted that he would have to talk with Barcelona and consider his future if his current situation at the Camp Nou does not change.
The German, who joined Barca in the summer of 2014, predominantly features in the Champions League and the Copa del Rey, with Claudio Bravo installed as Luis Enrique’s first-choice goalkeeper in La Liga.
Despite his desire for greater first-team football involvement, Barcelona are not willing to countenance his sale and he is considered non-transferable by the club. The club want the 23-year-old to be their ‘keeper for several years to come.
Ter Stegen is under contract at Barcelona until 2019 and has an €80m buyout clause.
