West Ham have set their sights on signing Levante midfielder Victor Camarasa this summer, reports AS.
The Hammers have already enquired about the Spain Under-21 international, who has previously attracted interest from the likes of Atletico Madrid, Tottenham and Newcastle.
Levante are currently focused on securing theirtheir. La Liga future – they lie at the foot of the La Liga table at the moment – but they are aware that they will face a battle to retain Camarasa regardless of which league they are playing in next season.
According to AS, Levante are likely to hold out for a fee of €12m, the value of Camarasa’s buyout clause, if they stay up, but they would be forced to negotiate if they go down.
