Carlos Tevez did not make it into Argentina’s world cup qualifiers squad, with Messi making a return.
The five-time Ballon d’Or missed the 1-1 draw against Brazil and the 1-0 victory over Colombia, due to a knee injury. And Aguero, who missed those matches is also back in the squad.
Tevez, who is struggling for form at Boca Juniors did not get selected.
Argentina, who took just five points from their opening four qualifiers, take on Chile in Santiago on March 24 before a home clash with Bolivia four days later.
