She has been known to credit the trainers for her curvaceous figure. Her waist is 22 inches and her butt is 44 inches.

However, Shyngle explains that her hourglass figure is as a result of a healthy regime and not only the waist trainers.

‘I exercise every single day, I don’t have to go to the gym but I make sure I do my sit-ups at home.

‘I drink my green tea, warm water and lemon every day and I am always on a diet.

‘Naturally, I have always been curvy. The slim waist is the result of waist training but the figure is God given.’

Doctors have warned that waist trainers, or corsets worn to achieve a smaller waist causes damage to internal organs.

Dr Galyna Selezneva who works at a London-based cosmetic surgery, spoke to MailOnline about the problems that can be associated with waist training which could include changes to the ribs, bone structure and inner organ positions.

‘If someone gets addicted to wearing a waist trainer day after day the inner organs will shift.

‘There will be a disbalance in the cavity as it is not normal to have such as small waist.

‘There can also be changes to the ribs and bone structures. Obviously if you are wearing them repeatedly, you are not exercising the muscles so they are also wasting.’

Although, Dr Galyna also added that kidney disease covers different types of illness including kidney stones, which may not be associated with waist trainers.

All the same, some of Shyngle’s fans were quick to conclude that the use of the trainers were the cause for her illness.

Below are some of the comments:

I knew it! The rate which she waist train is just too much…I see no bad in waist training but excess of everything is bad!!! I pray for God’s healing’

‘Get well soon.. You need to stop waist training my dear you been squeezing your organs’

‘The hard truth….. might be as a result of waist trainers; squeezed your internal organs to no breathing space’

‘Pretty hurts’

So far, there has been no proof that Waist Trainers cause kidney disease.
