Kane has stated his goals are proof enough, Pochettino’s squad rotation is working.
Tottenham crashed out of the Europa league, with Pochettino coming under criticism for resting key players.
But the England international has scored a couple of goals in the EPL, that has pushed them to within five points of the top.
“I think we’ve got a bigger squad, maybe a better squad, players that can rotate in and out,” Kane told reporters when asked if the Europa League had a negative effect on Spurs’ season. “Players are maybe getting a bit more rest than they did last year. The manager manages it well.
“He trains the workload, how much we’ve been doing and he keeps everyone fresh. Everyone looked fresh out there today, everyone that came on, and that’s all you can ask for.
“As a player you want to play every game but the manager has to make his decisions and you have to deal with it. He chose not to play me midweek, and the week before, and I managed in the Premier League to score two braces.
“Obviously I feel fresh and ready to go and I’m looking forward to the international games ahead.”
