share on:

The annual African Magic Viewers choice awards (AMVCAs) is back this weekend, 5th of March 2016, and we are super excited because it is one of the most notable awards ceremony, some even call the AMVCAs, Nigerian Oscars.

Today, we are flashing back to those who made the AMVCA red carpet 2015 edition come alive. Like every other awards show, we’re going to have our eyes fixed on the red carpet this year and hopefully these ones find their way back to the top of this list again.

Check out our five best dressed from #AMVCA2015;

Genevieve Nnaji always nails her looks and we do hope she kills it again this year. For the 2015 edition, she choose this mustard masterpiece by Elvira Jude and she looked absolutely amazing in it.

It took us several weeks to get over Toke Makinwa’s choice of outfit for the 2015 African Magic Viewers Choice Awards. I can remember clearly how I kept turning each time she walked pass and she had same effect on almost everyone. She totally pulled it off in this delicate piece by Pastiche Couture.

Eku is a certainly one of the most stylish girls on the scene right now and she further proved that with flattering piece from  Clan Diaries.

I never thought putting yellow and purple will turn out as pretty as it did until I set my eyes on Dakore Akande at the 2015 AMVCA. She looked absolutely stunning in this lovely full-skirted gown from House of Dabira and am almost certain She will look even better this year.

Rita Dominic is one of the other few actresses that never disappoints on the red carpet, and last year she did deliver all shades of awesomeness with this floor-length dress from Lanre da silva Ajayi. This year, we know for sure she will stick to the norm and slay yet again.
