Gabon international, Pierre Emerick Aubameyang has squashed rumours linking him with Real Madrid, but says he wants to join the club.
The Dortmund striker had enjoyed a good season, and has been linked with Madrid for a while.
But he stated there’s no deal this season, but he plans to join Madrid, due to a promise he made to his grandfather.
“PSG? That’s not my objective,” Aubameyang told beIN Sports. “I can’t say anything else about it. I can’t see any reason to go back to France when I left three years ago.
“Real Madrid? There is no agreement but I promised my grandfather I would play there one day. Why wouldn’t I want to discover new things? As I’ve said several times, I’d like to play in Spain and have good weather for once in my life!”
The 26-year-old has previously described representing Madrid as his “childhood dream” but maintains his position that rumours of a move this summer are “bulls**t”.
