#TECNOOwnTheStage Grand Finale: You Can Still Vote For The Contestants And Win Big!!!

With the #TECNOOwnTheStage karaoke competition in its final phase and the upcoming grand finale scheduled to take place on the 7th of February, 2016 , there’s no better time than this to get to know the four remaining contestants on the show.

The voting lines are still open, you have a chance of determining who among the four remaining contestants will emerge tops and walk away with the grand prize of $25,000, a recording contract and a brand new Tecno smart phone. The four remaining contestants are Shapeera, Pascal, Nandy and Sikin.


The delectable Shaapera is a 29 year old teacher from Benue State, Nigeria. She is a multi talented singer, rapper and drummer who particularly enjoys playing the conga drum for her church choir. According to her, her musical style is mostly influenced by Lauryn Hill, even though she enjoys listening to different genre of music. She believes that if she emerges winner, she would use the prize money to help her family and give her music career the much needed lift.


Pascal whose full name is Pascalino Lpesino Lenguro, is a Kenyan actor who names his biggest musical influence as John legend. The ‘honey voiced’ Kenyan says that he started singing at the age of 6 when he would oftentimes sing for his mum. He says he is not in the competition for the money but to gain exposure. He hopes to use the prize money to open up a studio while his biggest dream is to sing on the world stage.


The feisty Nandy who’s full name is Nande Charles Mfinanga was born into a musical family. The mother of the Tanzanian is a disc jockey and she has been into music for 5 years. Her biggest musical influence is Rihanna and she hopes to support her family and other upcoming artists with the grand prize money if she emerges winner. Her dream is to also become an international superstar.


The last of the remaining contestants is the Kenyan Sikin whose real name is Elizabeth. She claims her love for music started from the womb when she would kick and listen to music her mother played. She has played the flute for the national youth orchestra of Kenya and is currently studying is performing arts. She hopes to buy lots of musical instrument with the grand prize money to horn her skills better.

With the contestants on the final lap, only your votes can determine who walks away with the $25,000 prize money, recording contract and a tecno smart phone. By voting, you stand a chance to win a pass to the live grand finale show and The Winners Party.
