Luis Enrique Equals Guardiola’s Unbeaten Barcelona Record

share on:

Barcelona manager, Luis Enrique has equalled the club’s unbeaten record that was set by his predecessor Pep Guardiola.

Guardiola took Barcelona to 28 unbeaten games back in 2010-11, before losing to Real Betis in the Copa del Rey in January 2011.

And now Enrique has equalled that record in his 100th game in charge of Barcelona, with a 2-0 win over Levante earlier today.

And the former midfielder, who has guided his side to 10 victories in a row, will now break Guardiola’s record should his side avoid defeat in Wednesday’s Copa del Rey semi-final meeting with struggling Valencia.
