Daks is owned by Japan’s Sankyo Seiko, the brand shows in London to market its now largely defunct but once meaningful part in British tailoring history to consumers in Sankyo Seiko’s home market.
The designer caters to both male and female and focused on really dull colors for this collection; Menswear included a black patch-pocket Crombie coat daubed with rust brushstrokes. For the female collection there were a lot of ruffles, feather and fringe, the style included pant suits and maxi dresses as well.
Overall the collection had a lot of suede, fur and heavy satin and didn’t particularly have a central theme.
Here are some looks from Daks Fall collection for 2016.
