Barclays Premier League’s new logo – The English Premier League has excitedly revealed a set of new logos for the league, but fans haven’t been too impressed.
“We are very pleased with the outcome: a visual identity which is relevant, modern and flexible that will help us celebrate everyone that makes the Premier League,” said the League’s managing director, Richard Masters.
Paul Stafford, CEO of DesignStudio — the company that designed the logo — described the new work as a “fresh new take on the iconic lion.”
“Our aim was to create an identity that acknowledges everyone who plays a part in one of the most exciting leagues in the world,” Stafford said.
Not many fans were too pleased with the work, with many taking to Twitter to mock the new logo
