Manchester United manager, Louis van Gaal has once again blasted the media for the coverage of his team.

Van Gaal hit out at the media, who suggested he was quitting his job after the 1-0 loss to Southampton.

The Dutchman spoke before the match against the Derby County, and says he has been under pressure before and doesn’t understand why the media portrays them so.

“I have always periods in every club so this is not new,” he told the BBC.

“What’s new is that stories are made up by the media and that you can write everything without taking responsibility [for] what you are writing.”

“Every human being shall always be influenced by their environment and that environment is influenced by the media.”
