Twitter to increase tweet limit
Over the past few months, Twitter has made a number of changes in order to attract more users, including changing favorites to likes and removing the messaging character limit.
The next step they are planning might be the biggest ever, as they are planning to increase the character limit from its current 140 to an amazing 10,000, according to Recode.
The news didn’t resonate with too many people, with the company’s shares dropping 2% following the announcement and Twitter users criticizing it. See some of their tweets below!

Twitter might kill its 140 character limit and allow 10,000 characters in an attempt to be more like Game of Thrones.

Why would Twitter even consider changing the limit from 140 to 10,000!! Twitter will just become Facebook with countless spam posts!
