The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, during the weekend, paid a courtesy visit to Bama and Konduga in Borno state.
During the visit, he met with some gallant troops of the Nigerian Army, while they were undergoing their parade at their headquarters in Bama.
The minister participated in a few push-ups with the Army officers.
He also paid a visit to the State governor, Kashim Shettima.
Mr Mohammed, who visited war-torn areas of the towns, also paid a visit to an Internally Displaced Persons camp.
